Our Chef

Robert Hauser

Mr. Hauser is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (the "CIA") in Hyde Park, New York and has worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years, including two years with Le Cirque restaurant in New York City. Mr. Hauser has been trained by some of the most respected chefs in the world, including Frenchman Daniel Bouldad (former head chef at Le Cirque and current owner of Ruestauant Daniel in New York City). Chef Hauser spent over a year in Italy working in various regions at several of the country's top restaurants. While in Italy, Mr. Hauser completed a stint under Chef Gaultiero Marchesi in his Michelin three star restaurant in Milan. Chef Marchesi is regarded internationally as the top chef in Italy. Chef Hauser is directly responsible for the recipes, menu development, and quality of food served at Cinzzetti's.
